1. Overview
This Refund Policy applies to premium subscription purchases made through the Migido application. All payments are processed by Paddle.com, which acts as our Merchant of Record. By purchasing a subscription, you agree to this Refund Policy.

2. Subscription Plans
Migido offers the following premium subscription plans:
- Monthly Plan: 200 MAD per month, billed monthly
- Yearly Plan: 1,800 MAD per year, billed annually (saving of 600 MAD per year)
Both plans provide access to all premium features including unlimited members, data export, advanced analytics, and priority support.
3. Refund Window
You may request a refund within 14 days of your purchase date. The 14-day refund window begins on the day after the transaction is completed.
Please note that the right to cancel applies to the initial subscription purchase. It does not apply upon each automatic renewal of a subscription.
4. How Refunds Are Processed
All payments for Migido subscriptions are processed by Paddle.com, which acts as our Merchant of Record. Refunds are handled by Paddle in accordance with Paddle's Consumer Terms.
Once a refund is approved, Paddle will reimburse you using the same payment method used for the original transaction. You will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement. Processing time is typically 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider and bank.
Your account will revert to the Free Plan once the refund is processed.
5. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please contact us within 14 days of your purchase:
- Step 1: Send an email to contact@migido.com with the subject line "Refund Request".
- Step 2: Include the following information in your email:
- Your account email address
- Date of purchase
- Paddle transaction or receipt number (if available)
- Step 3: Our support team will review your request and respond within 3–5 business days.
6. Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time through the App. Cancelling your subscription stops future renewals but does not automatically trigger a refund. To request a refund, please follow the steps above within the 14-day refund window.
7. Price Changes
We reserve the right to change subscription prices at any time. If a price increase affects your current subscription:
- You will be notified at least 30 days before the price change takes effect.
- The new price will apply at your next renewal date.
- You may cancel your subscription before the renewal date if you do not agree with the new price.
